Dinghy Sports Flying Ant
The Flying Ant is a sloop rig, open type sailing skiff with a main, jib and spinnaker and the crew on trapeze.
Its high performance hull shape makes it the ideal intermediate dinghy for kids graduating from Sabots, Skyriders or Manly Juniors.
The Flying Ant has a strong nation wide class association that runs zone, state and Australian championships every season.
The Dinghy Sports Flying Ant is built in foam sandwich fiberglass construction using the highest grades of fiberglass and resin available. The use of vacuum bagging to produce foam sandwich hulls and decks has proven to be a strong durable and light way of building racing dinghies.
The boats are available from bare hull to sail away.
