Manly Junior MK III  New Hull mould update

Congratulations to Vincent and Lucia Langen 
"Vincent Van Go" , National Champions in 2737.

After approval at the 2005 "Forum" / "AGM", the new hull mould was made in winter 2005. These are proven fast boats with the Nationals winner in the 2005/06 season.

The shape, dimensions etc remain the same,however the new mould is fairer and shinyer.

I have removed the jib sheet bumps from the deck mould. This sheeting is great for the young kids but the kids at the front of the fleet prefer the old rope triangle. New boats will also come with "off the boom " main sheeting.

Manly Junior hulls are produced out of an approved mould with a fixed laminate schedule by an approved builder. If you're thinking of changing you MJ in any way (eg painting the hull, replacing your rudder) you must seek permission from the association measurer first. This way there can be no dramas at the regattas.
